2015 Community Grants

For 2015, the C4 Board of Directors voted to continue the community grant philanthropic mission that began in 2013, followed by 2014, by releasing a Request for Proposals that was distributed throughout California. The Board agreed to distribute $57,460 for grants that met the competitive review criteria. Of the fifteen proposals reviewed, eight proposals were funded. The projects propose to build upon resources available for Californians to ambitiously raise screening rates for colorectal cancer and improve patient outcomes.

8. Linda Vista Health Center – San Diego, CA
