We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications for Cycle 3 of BCCSIP. The application cycle closes on October 18, reflective of us wanting to give the FQHC additional time to apply. We also modified what data was captured for the application versus the detailed clinic data, which is now only being asked of those who receive funding. Grants start on 1/1/2025 and go through 12/31/2025. The current amount that can be requested is $15,000 per award. Only one priority area has been revised, indicating that those who received funding for cycles 1 & 2 will have lower funding priorities than FQHC that are either new to the process or were only funded in one prior BCCSIP cycle.

One other new feature for Cycle 3 is that we will be sharing the Implementation Plans from funded FQHC with the regional contract staff for DHCS who are tasked with working with the clinics to help them improve their screening rates. These contract staff include clinic coordinators and health educators.
We also offered a training session on September 4 at noon (PT) that required registration prior to you receiving the Zoom log in information.
