Dr. Greif is a retired cancer surgeon and researcher who lives and practiced surgery in San Diego with the United States Navy and Kaiser Permanente, and in the Bay Area with Epic Care Oncology. He was the Principal Investigator for the National Cancer Institute Community Oncology Research Program/Bay Area Tumor Institute, and was active in several of the NCI Research Bases. He’s a past president of the California Division of the American Cancer Society, a past Governor of the American College of Surgeons, and was active in many additional surgery and cancer research organizations. His retirement interests (besides C4!) include astronomy, golf, and traveling with his wife of 47 years, Kathleen — often in their RV. Dr. Greif has no conflicts of interest or other disclosures.
