C4 is registered with the Sac BDOG in support of our activities in the Sacramento region. C4 board members are matching donations up to a certain amount and proceeds go towards supporting the C4 Community Grants. For each $15,000 donated, one additional clinic can be supported for a year for increasing their screening rates for colorectal cancer and making sure patients with positive results receive the appropriate care through referral networks.
